Operations Supervisor

PMA Global is a national marketing material logistics partner for some of Australia's best brands and their marketing material is what we store and distribute.

An opportunity exists within our fast paced Victorian warehouse for a motivated individual to take a charge of their team. To lead by example and not be afraid to get your hands dirty to achieve our clients expectations.

The individual we are seeking:

Is extremely personable and will be able to host our clients when they are onsite while portraying the company’s image and values.

Will possess excellent knowledge of modern social communication platforms along with solid verbal / written skills.

The aptitude to grasp and run with new software and systems as they are made available.

Wants to make continual improvements to process and procedure.

Displays youthful enthusiasm combined with wise decisions in their daily role.

Is looking for a career opportunity to take themself to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:
Understand, follow and comply company policies




Work on the floor along side your team and lead them in dispatch, picking, receipting and enquiry ensuring company procedures are followed and KPIs are met.
Work with your team to recruit new team members for your area when needed
Ensuring new team members are inducted and trained with company process
Carrying out general warehouse admin tasks
Have a solid email ability dealing with internal staff and external clients
Be able to use Microsoft office
Be experienced in high reach forklift operation.
A first Aid certificate an advantage but not necessary
