As demand for our services continues to grow, we're expanding our team and looking for a passionate Career Specialist to join Omnia Inclusive on a 6-month fixed-term, part-time basis (max 22.5 hours per week).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation that has been supporting people with disability for over 30 years. You'll work alongside a supportive team, build meaningful relationships, and help participants achieve life-changing employment outcomes.

About the Role

As a Career Specialist, you'll work with participants to identify their strengths, overcome barriers,



and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

You'll:
Build trusted relationships with participants
Develop tailored employment and career plans
Support participants to become job ready
Work collaboratively with employers and community stakeholders
Help create positive, long-term employment outcomes

About You

You'll be someone who:
Is passionate about helping people achieve their goals
Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
Is organised, resilient and solution-focused
Has experience in employment services, disability, NDIS, community services or a related field
Holds a current driver's licence
Has, or is willing to obtain, a valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, and complete psychometric testing and National Police Check as part of the recruitment process
