Position: Senior Account – Property
Package: Up to $150,000 package

You will have exposure to sophisticated institutional property investment while working within a highly experienced and collaborative team. About the role:
This opportunity is a critical finance role, responsible for the preparation of accurate and insightful financial, taxation and management reporting for the business.
Manage monthly fund accounting and prepare financial reporting and NAV packs.
Coordinate annual statutory reporting, external audits,



distributions and tax returns.
Prepare BAS/GST reporting, information for Board approval.
Monitor debt compliance requirements.
Prepare monthly NPI and capital expenditure reporting.
Support property acquisitions, including reviewing settlement adjustments and liaising with property managers and internal finance teams.
Assist with the establishment and onboarding of new funds and investment entities.
Work closely with property managers, investment, asset management and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Assist with custody-related requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business or a related.
CA, CPA or equivalent qualified qualification.
Relevant experience within funds management, property, asset management.
Robust technical accounting, financial reporting and analytical capabilities.
Exposure to fund accounting, real estate investments, debt compliance, treasury or transaction-related activities will be highly regarded.
Experience with accounting and reporting systems such as Xero and Sage Intacct would be advantageous.
Robust attention to detail.
