About the role

You will coordinate the daily operational workflow of the business, ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and on time. This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys being busy, solving problems, dealing with customers and making sure things get done. You'll work closely with our workshop team, customers, suppliers and management, with responsibility for coordinating equipment, bookings, purchasing, invoicing and general operational workflow.

Key responsibilities
Processing customer equipment hire requests and bookings
Coordinating equipment availability, preparation, returns and dispatch
Forward planning for upcoming customer hire and sales requirements
Booking and managing transport services
Managing long-term hire contracts and resolving day-to-day operational issues
Monitoring stock levels and ordering consumables, equipment and other supplies
Receiving and processing goods into our system
Coordinating equipment service and maintenance programs
Assisting with weekly invoicing and ensuring completed jobs are invoiced promptly
Assisting with end-of-month reporting and financial administration
Coordinating staff timetables to ensure appropriate business coverage

No two days will be exactly the same,



and there will always be opportunities to identify a better way of doing things.
