20 year foyer cafe business expanding its lunch offering.

Looking for an experienced food professional to launch and run our new lunch menu. Flexibility with menu offerings, ingredients and staff support.

The menu has a range of deli meats, meatballs, schnitzels, roast meats, vegetables, salads etc on varying breads such as wraps, rolls, cibatta, schiaccita and more.

Support provided by experienced food handler and owner who wants to scale back work hours and bring through a leader in the food area.

No cooking, all produce provided to site ready to prepare and create.

Experience essential and would suit a professional food handler looking for a recent challenge or take there learnt skills to a higher position and pay.

Existing operation is coffee, toast, pastries with minor lunch salads that is looking to utilise expanded area for much greater lunch offering.





Hours are flexible for the Monday to Friday business as your skills could be utilised in other areas. Lunch operation is likely 9am to 2pm but we open at 6:30am for breakfast if more hours desired.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week

Key responsibilities
Launch and run the new lunch menu
Prepare and create food items from provided produce
Manage menu offerings and ingredients with flexibility
Support and lead staff in the food preparation area
Operate the lunch service, likely 9am to 2pm
Utilise skills in other areas of the business during flexible hours Monday to Friday 6:30am

About you
Experience as a qualified food handler is essential
Looking for a new challenge or prospect to take learnt skills to a higher position
