Due to continued growth, we are seeking Blenders and Cooks to join the production team of this growing manufacturer.

About the Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and blending of food products, including sauces, jams and other products, in accordance with recipes, quality standards and food safety requirements.

These are hands-on production roles suited to reliable people who enjoy working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
Cook sauces, jams and other food products following set recipes and procedures
Blend and process sauces and other food products using production equipment
Operate cooking, blending and processing equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor product quality, consistency, temperatures and production processes
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and housekeeping
Follow GMP, WHS and food safety requirements
Work closely with the Production and QA teams to meet production targets
Clean and maintain equipment and production areas as required

About You




Previous experience in food manufacturing, cooking, blending or food production is highly regarded
Experience preparing sauces, jams or similar food products will be an advantage
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and production procedures accurately
Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet in a production environment
Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high-quality standards
Valuable understanding of food safety, hygiene and GMP requirements
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Flexible and available to work shifts as required
