About the role

You'll be working in the head office in Brisbane, alongside another Client Success Manager in leading the client service team, who handle both inbound and outbound calls and messages to coordinate healthcare staffing shifts across Australia.

Key responsibilities
Leading a skilled team displaying positive communications with clients and staff
Handling inbound and outbound calls to and from nurses and healthcare facilities
Entering and managing online shift requests in real time
Monitoring the teams KPIs

About you
A proven leader in customer service or sales driven environment
Advanced sales / call centre / customer service sales experience (4+ years minimum)
Confident phone manner and robust communication skills
Solid computer skills
Goal driven mindset working with KPIs and performance targets
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Experience in healthcare is helpful but not required — we provide training
