The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader who brings great vibes, strong structure, and reliable hospitality experience. You’ll be responsible for driving service excellence, leading a large team, and creating a buzzing, welcoming atmosphere every single shift.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and engaging a large front-of-house team with energy and confidence
Owning day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
Setting the tone for service, culture, and guest experience
Recruiting,



training, and developing staff
Managing rosters, labour costs, and KPIs
Working closely with owners and senior management to grow the business

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (high-volume venues preferred)
Strong leadership and people-management skills
High energy, positive attitude, and a natural ability to set the vibe
Excellent operational and organisational skills
Passion for hospitality and delivering standout guest experiences
Experience with new openings is a big plus
