I Space Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Joinery Installer with a proven record delivering premium residential joinery.

We specialise in bespoke, whole-home joinery for high-end Sydney residences, working alongside leading builders, architects and interior designers.

This role suits an installer who is technically strong, calm and organised on site, communicates professionally and takes genuine ownership of the finished result.

What defines a senior installer at I Space

You will bring:
Exceptional attention to detail and finish
Strong setting-out, levelling and scribing skills
Confidence interpreting detailed shop drawings
Sound judgement when resolving site conditions
Experience with architectural panels, veneers, premium finishes and hardware
Professional communication with clients, builders and designers
The ability to plan ahead and manage installations efficiently
Pride in alignment, tolerances and final presentation
A positive, solutions-focused approach
The confidence to take ownership from set-out through to completion

For the right person, there is also the opportunity to mentor developing tradespeople and help maintain the installation standard across the business.
