OnTrack Sportswear is looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Warehouse Store person / 2IC to join our Rowville team.

Our Rowville operation brings together warehousing, production and distribution, with a strong focus on quality, service and getting orders to customers accurately and on time.

About the Role

This is a outstanding chance for someone who enjoys being hands-on and is ready to take on more responsibility. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will help coordinate daily priorities, support the warehouse team and keep orders moving safely, accurately and on time.

You will be involved across the full warehouse operation, including receiving, inventory control, picking and packing, dispatch, freight coordination and forklift work.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating daily warehouse workflow and priorities

• Supporting and guiding warehouse team members

• Receiving, receipting and putting away incoming stock

• Picking and packing Blanks,



Essentials and individually labelled student orders

• Completing stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory checks

• Coordinating finished goods, invoicing and dispatch

• Arranging freight collections and resolving delivery issues

• Loading and unloading trucks safely using a forklift

• Maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and warehouse organisation

What you'll bring

• Solid experience in a warehouse, store person or dispatch role

• Previous experience as a senior store person, team leader or 2IC

• A current forklift license and Victorian Driver Licence

• Confidence coordinating daily activities and supporting others

• Robust organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience using warehouse, inventory or ERP systems

• High attention to detail and a reliable, hands-on, team-focused approach

Experience with Körber WMS and Sage 300 (Accpac) would be an advantage.
