About the role

An experienced and organised Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join the team in a full time office-based role, supporting the clinical and operational needs of clients. This position is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, and is primarily focused on clinical support, staff scheduling and clinical administration.

Key responsibilities
Provide clinical support and advice to clients and care staff.
Assist with clinical care coordination and follow-up.
Review and maintain clinical documentation and client records.
Support clinical assessments, care plans and relevant clinical paperwork.
Assist with staff scheduling and rostering to ensure appropriate coverage.
Coordinate changes to schedules and communicate roster updates with staff.
Monitor clinical requirements and escalate concerns to the appropriate person.




Liaise with clients, support workers and healthcare professionals regarding clinical matters.
Complete general clinical administration and office-based duties.

About you
Current Enrolled Nurse (EN) registration.
Robust clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Experience with scheduling/rostering is highly desirable.
Confident with clinical documentation and computer-based systems.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Professional, reliable and well-organised approach.
