We are looking for an Site Manager experienced in running multiple projects to add to our supervisory team.

The scope of this role includes;
Overseeing up to 6 projects at any one time including scheduling, client liaison, trade liaison, site management and more
Keeping clients informed on construction progress and updates
Being in charge of your own sites, however, still being part of a high performing supportive team
Being the onsite face of the company and managing the quality of the finished product throughout the entire process

We would love for you to have an interest in Energy Efficient building, building science and have a passion for delivering the best possible result for clients!

You will have experience in a low to mid size residential construction company ideally experienced in all facets of construction, a willingness to learn and produce great results.

An ability to problem solve and take initiative on site
Know the building code and know how to identify site non compliance
Ensuring projects are completed to contract guidelines, on time and within budget
Monitoring, scheduling and tracking project progress
Willingness to work on the tools on occasion to get the job done
Planning work activities and quality checks
Completing quality assurance on the job
Organising trades and materials to ensure maximum productivity
Ensure safety policy and procedures on site
Very comfortable using technology, and an ability to learn recent software and apps quickly. Ability to troubleshoot a huge bonus (we do provide training in our software)

This role includes a mobile phone, laptop and fully maintained vehicle.
