About the role

Glencoe Tasmania is a brand current venue, opening mid-November, located on Tasmania's East Coast. We are recruiting front of house staff for a premium venue. Initially it will be open 5 days a week, daytime only.

Key responsibilities
Providing polished, professional table service
Executing food and beverage service efficiently and accurately
Upholding service standards during high-volume and peak trade
Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house teams
Ensuring a warm, seamless, and memorable guest experience
Delivering warm, skilled service in a premium setting

About you
Previous experience in a similar role in a premium venue
A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry in Tasmania, working with the highest quality ingredients and service levels
The ability to work with others and build positive working relationships
Available to work both weekdays and weekends
Hold a valid Tasmanian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
