Head Barista – FORM Café, Brisbane CBD

FORM is a high end office foyer café at 1 Eagle Street, serving a busy corporate crowd on Ona Coffee. We're looking for a coffee focused qualified to manage and run the coffee bar end to end.

What the role looks like:
High volume specialty service, Monday to Friday
Full ownership of the coffee program, working directly with the fantastic team at Ona
Leading the bar, dialling in daily, keeping standards sharp
Bonus incentives on top of base pay

Monday to Friday - no weekends

Approx 40 hours a week.

Must have experience
Comfortable in high volume
Robust coffee knowledge base.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.41 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
