Hiring: Workshop Supervisor – Night Shift

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Workshop Supervisor to join our team for a major long-term project (12+ months).

Key Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor, Leading Hand or similar role.
Technical Skills: Robust welding/fabrication background and ability to read technical drawings.
Leadership: Ability to supervise and coordinate a team of welders.
Safety: Strong commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS).
Communication: Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities
Supervise daily workshop operations and night shift activities.
Coordinate and allocate work to welders.
Monitor work quality,



productivity and progress.
Ensure work is completed safely and according to drawings and specifications.
Support and guide workshop staff.
Report issues and progress to management.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work workplace.

Project Details
Location: Henderson
Shift: Night shift, starting at 4:30 PM.
Hours: 54–60 hours per week.
Project: Long-term project (12+ months).
Pay: $50–$60 per hour + applicable night shift penalties and overtime.

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 54.0 – 60.0 per week
