About your role:
Actively participate in the processing of daily documentation in relation to the functions of the Building, Engineering & Maintenance Services (BEMS) to achieve goals of the unit and provide support for the supply of work orders, requisitions, purchasing and accounts payable.
Provide secretarial support for the BEMS Management Team and act as BEMS Department minutes secretary.
Examine and prioritise incoming correspondence, paper and reports to determine action.
