HVAC Labourer – Commercial Construction

Talent Success is seeking reliable and hardworking HVAC Labourers to join commercial construction projects across Adelaide.

This is a hands-on site-based role supporting experienced HVAC tradespeople with duct installation and general mechanical services works.

The Role

Your duties may include:
Assisting duct installers and HVAC tradespeople
Carrying, positioning and handling ductwork and materials
Assisting with installation of duct, supports, brackets and hangers
Using basic hand and power tools
Unloading and moving materials around site
Working safely around EWP and access equipment
General construction labouring and site clean-up
Following site-specific procedures, SWMS and WHS requirements
Working effectively with supervisors, trades and other contractors

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered, you must have:
Current White Card
Current Police Check
Previous construction or site labouring experience
Ability to undertake physically demanding work




Reliable transport and ability to attend site consistently
Positive communication skills
Robust understanding of site safety requirements
Full working rights in Australia

Highly Desirable
Working at Heights
EWP / Scissor Lift ticket
Previous HVAC, duct installation or sheet metal experience
Experience working on large commercial or Tier 1 construction sites
Confined Space ticket
Construction-related trade experience

What We're Looking For

We want people who are reliable, safety-focused and ready to work. You don't need to be a qualified HVAC tradesperson, but previous exposure to HVAC, mechanical services, ductwork or commercial construction will be highly regarded.
