Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experience and motivated Mechanical Fitters to join our maintenance team for the upcoming Boddington November 2026 Shutdown.
Successful applicants will have proven mine site and/or refinery experience, with a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to safety.
About the role:
Dates: November 9th 2026 - November 17th 2026
Shifts: 12 hour shifts | Dayshift and Nightshift available
Rate:
Dayshift: $68 per hour (flat rate)
Nightshift: $74.80 per hour (flat rate)
Travel: Bus in/Bus out (BIBO)
Essential Requirements:
Australian Trade Certificate
Current and valid WA driver's license
Nationally Accredited Working at Heights and Confined Space (within 3 years)
Construction White Card
Current and valid High Risk Work license - highly desirable
Proven 12 months experience in mining or shutdown in Australia - essential
Ability to pass a pre-employment and drug & alcohol screen
Ability to complete all site inductions
Demonstrated commitment to safety
