Bostin Brew Co is seeking an energetic, hands-on manager to lead our recent café and event catering operation at AELEC.

The role
Manage the Sports Dome Café and event catering
Plan and oversee large-scale food production
Recruit, roster and lead the team
Manage suppliers, stock, wages and budgets
Maintain excellent food safety and service standards
Lead from the front during major events

About you

Proven experience producing food for large-scale events is essential.

You’ll also need strong hospitality management, leadership and organisational skills, with availability for weekends, evenings and major events.





A Food Safety Supervisor certificate and driver’s licence are highly regarded.
