We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive capital equipment sales and expand a dealership network across Western Australia.

This is a privately owned business supplying a premium, Australian made range of capital equipment, from mobile firefighting systems to industrial storage solutions, to the mining, civil, agricultural and industrial sectors.

This is a road-based role, with the successful candidate spending three to four days per week meeting face to face with new potential clients across WA. A fully maintained company vehicle and all necessary tools are provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new capital equipment sales prospects across WA
Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations three to four days per week
Build and manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to installation and support
Develop and grow the dealership network across WA
Track sales activity and pipeline through the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Key Requirements:
Proven capital equipment sales or business development experience




Background in the mining, civil or industrial sectors
Comfortable with a predominantly road-based role and regular face-to-face client meetings
Strong commercial acumen and a solution-focused sales approach
Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout WA
Knowledge of water infrastructure, fluid handling or mobile equipment solutions is highly regarded but not essential
