We’re looking for an organised Inbound Adminstration Clerk to join a busy food manufacturing facility in Lytton. You’ll spend most of your day coordinating inbound deliveries, entering data, processing paperwork and keeping inventory records accurate, with some hands-on forklift work loading and unloading trucks and containers.

What you’ll be doing
Complete data entry and update ERP/WMS systems with accurate receiving and inventory information
Check delivery paperwork, quantities, product details and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs)
Maintain accurate records, traceability and stock documentation
Assist with QA/QC checks
Use a forklift to load and unload trucks and containers and move stock around the site
Support general warehouse and receiving duties when required
Follow food safety, allergen and site compliance procedures





What we’re looking for
Previous experience in warehouse administration, receiving, logistics or inventory
Confident with data entry, paperwork and computer-based systems
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Current LF forklift licence is required
High reach forklift experience is highly regarded
Positive communication and organisational skills
Reliable and comfortable switching between office and warehouse duties
Food manufacturing experience is advantageous
