About the Role

As a Support Worker with First Choice, you will empower our clients to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes. Duties are varied and rewarding, depending on each client’s individual plan, and may include:
Domestic Assistance: Light housekeeping, tidying, and maintaining a clean home setting.
Meal Preparation: Assisting with cooking, nutrition planning,



and meal setup.
Personal Care: Supporting clients with daily grooming, hygiene, and personal routines where needed.
Social Support & Community Access: Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social outings.
Respite & Palliative Care: Providing compassionate care and relief for primary caregivers.

What We Are Looking For
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature with a true passion for helping others.
Current Driver’s Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Relevant qualifications or experience in aged care, disability support, or community services (preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as significant!).

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $36.00 – $43.00 per hour
