Wallis Drilling is currently seeking experienced Air Core Drillers to join our Exploration teams based in Western Australia.

Driller duties & responsibilities include:
Prepare for, run and close down drilling operations
Undertake tasks relevant to Air Core drilling methods
Allocate work tasks appropriate to crew member skills
Operational maintenance of plant and equipment for both company and client onsite
Conduct regular inspections (safety & operational) of drill rigs, drill equipment and support vehicles
Provide regular and concise reports on all daily activities, both written and oral.
Liaise with employees and client representatives in a professional manner
Uphold company standards and reputation
Ensure the safety of employees and site visitors

Essential qualifications (must have):
3+ years full time experience on surface drilling equipment
Cert IIl in Drilling (or studying towards)




'HR' unrestricted drivers' licence
National Police Clearance (less than 3 months old)
Be physically fit and healthy (pass detailed pre-employment tests including DAS)
Be prepared to work in a variety of environments (mine site or camps)
Be team and safety focused and willing to learn and follow instruction

Beneficial qualifications (preferred):
Cert IV in Drilling (or studying towards)
First Aid Certificate
Fire – demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment
4WD training
