We are seeking a Cash & Reconciliation Specialist to join a leading global organisation within the investment and fund services sector. This is an chance to work within a highly regarded financial services workplace, supporting critical cash operations and reconciliation activities across a complex investment landscape.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of cash positions, investigating discrepancies, and supporting operational excellence across fund operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and investment portfolios
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, discrepancies, and outstanding items
Monitor cash movements, settlements, and transaction activity
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues
Maintain accurate records and reporting to support governance and compliance requirements




Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies
Support broader fund operations activities as required

About You:
Previous experience within superannuation is essential
Strong experience in Treasury, Liquidity, Cash Management, or Cash Operations settings
Proven experience performing reconciliations within financial services, investment operations, custody, or fund operations
Experience working with reconciliation tools
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to investigate issues, manage competing priorities, and work effectively with stakeholders
