About You
At least 10 years' design experience within a civil engineering setting, backed by a Civil Engineering degree.
Confident using AutoCAD, 12D, DRAINS and MUSIC in day-to-day design work.
A track record of pulling multi-discipline teams together and getting the best out of them.
Sound, practical grasp of Australian Standards and council design requirements.
Familiarity with Service Authority approval processes and construction standards.
A natural communicator, comfortable producing clear technical reports as well as talking clients and stakeholders through complex issues.

About the Role
Manage and deliver civil engineering projects from concept design through to construction.
Lead and integrate input across multiple engineering disciplines.
Oversee design documentation, council approvals and authority liaison.
Apply strong technical judgement against Australian Standards and council requirements.
Navigate Service Authority approval processes and construction standards.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare explicit, high-quality technical reports and correspondence.
