The role
Provide pre and post sales technical support via live chat, email, phone, and video calls
Troubleshoot issues across commercial displays, media players, operating systems, networks, and the platform itself
Use remote management and diagnostic tools to investigate device connectivity, firmware, content playback, and performance issues
Guide customers and resellers through device setup, installation, configuration, and ongoing troubleshooting
Document issues and resolutions, and escalate complex defects to the engineering team with explicit, reproducible detail

What you'll bring
1–2 years' experience in IT support, technical support,



service desk, AV, or hardware support
Hands-on experience troubleshooting physical devices such as commercial displays, media players, or network-connected hardware
Solid understanding of networking, device connectivity, operating systems, firmware, and configuration
A methodical approach to diagnosing issues and confidently identifying root cause
Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable explaining technical detail to non-technical customers

Nice to have: exposure to Android, Tizen, webOS, ChromeOS, or Linux-based devices; familiarity with commercial display brands like Philips, Samsung, LG, or Sony; and experience with Jira, HubSpot, or Intercom.
