Requirements

To be considered for this role, we are looking for:
At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role
Experience in maintaining budgets and an understanding of financials, including profit & loss
Ability to work inline with company objectives and achieve KPI's
Exceptional communication skills with guests, staff and suppliers




Passion for the hospitality industry and eagerness to develop themselves and others
Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Weekend availability is mandatory.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Managing workload and following company procedures to increase productivity and ensure effective operations of the restaurant
Coordinating with the team to meet targets and ensure guest satisfaction
Monitoring and managing guest feedback
Maintaining and modelling excellent standards
