The Lincoln is a busy, produce-driven pub in Carlton, known for seasonal contemporary Australian food, excellent wine, and craft beer. We’re looking for a strong Chef de Partie who can confidently run the pans and grill sections.

You’ll be cooking at a high standard in a fast-paced service, keeping your section tight, organised, and consistent. This role suits someone who’s solid on the tools, works clean, and handles pressure without dropping quality.

We’re offering casual hours (15–25 per week) with the potential for more, in a supportive, experienced team with a focus on positive food done properly.

You’ll need solid CDP experience, confidence on pans and grill, good communication, and a robust work ethic. Reliability and consistency matter here.
