About the Role:
Narwee Hotel is on the hunt for enthusiastic, reliable and versatile Hospitality All-Rounders to join our energetic team! If you're someone who can switch between pouring beers, taking orders in the bistro, running the gaming floor, and handling the bottleshop like a pro — we want to hear from you. You’ll be working across multiple areas of the venue, bringing excellent service and energy to every corner of the hotel.

Duties Include:
Serving customers in the bar and bistro
Processing transactions and handling cash/EFTPOS
Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced teamWhat We’re Looking For:
RSA & RCG certification (essential) ARCG Preferred for the Right Candidate/ willingess to obtain
Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not required in all areas — training provided)
A flexible and proactive attitude
Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality
Ability to work evenings and late nights during the week




Someone calm under pressure and comfortable multitasking
