Casual/full-time | $40/hour ABN | Sydney

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to support our Maintenance/Handyman across our boarding house properties in Sydney.
Assisting with painting, patching, and general property touch-ups
Lawn mowing, gardening, and grounds upkeep
Holding ladders, fetching tools/materials, general labouring support
Helping with small repairs and odd jobs as needed
Learning trade skills on the job — no experience required, just willingness to learn

What we're looking for:
Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor/manual work
Reliable, punctual, good attitude
Own transport preferred (multiple properties across Sydney)
No trade qualifications needed — this is a support/labouring role, not a tradesperson position

Details
$40/hour, casual/full time hours
Flexible days, working alongside our maintenance team

Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour
