About the Role

Mr Burch is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join its kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes.
Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
Prepare ingredients and ensure food is ready for service.
Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients.
Assist with stock control, food storage and stock rotation.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Ensure meals are prepared efficiently during busy service periods.




Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Assist with catering, specials and dietary requirements where required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
Solid knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen.
Robust teamwork and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
