Job Description

We are looking for a Night Audit/ Receptionist to join the Front Office Department at Novotel Melbourne on Collins:
Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
Support the Night Manager with daily financial reconciliations and auditing tasks
Maintain guest accounts and process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately




Prepare and distribute reports to relevant departments
Manage reservation updates and ensure all guest details are accurately recorded
Uphold safety and confidentiality by following strict overnight security procedures

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
The ability to work a flexible 7-day roster.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Well-presented with a natural ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone
Robust focus and passion for hotel operations
Self-motivated with positive and professional attitude
Time management skills with the ability to multitask
Versatile and able to embrace and respond effectively to change

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
Additional languages are a plus
