Enzo’s Cucina Dural is looking for a friendly, confident and experienced Bartender to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent bar service while creating a welcoming experience for our guests. You will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout busy lunch and dinner periods.

Key responsibilities:
Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages
Taking drink orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations to guests
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
Setting up and closing down the bar before and after service
Monitoring and restocking bar supplies
Providing friendly, skilled and attentive customer service
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Working closely with waitstaff,



management and the kitchen team
Ensuring responsible service of alcohol and compliance with RSA requirements
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene
Assisting with general front-of-house duties when required

We are looking for someone who is reliable, well-presented, confident with customers and able to work calmly in a rapid-paced restaurant setting. Previous bartending or restaurant experience is preferred, and a current NSW RSA is required.

Pay: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
