What We're Looking For:
1+ years experience in a high-volume, full-service, à la carte ktichen.
Proven experience running a busy Pans section.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster across nights, weekends and public holidays.
Qualification:



Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is a major plus!
