We are seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Structural Steel Installer to join a busy and growing team. This is a hands-on role involving structural steel fabrication, onsite welding, installation of structural steel components, and general steelwork across commercial and industrial projects.

While some workshop fabrication and preparation work is required, this position is predominantly site-based, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working on active construction projects and seeing jobs through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabrication of heavy structural steel components
Cutting, processing, and preparation of steel plate materials
Rod threading and manufacture of small steel components
Reading and interpreting fabrication and workshop drawings
Structural steel installation on construction sites
Onsite welding, fitting, and modification of structural steel components
Maintaining high safety and quality standards
Assisting with workshop fabrication and preparation work when required

Essential Requirements:
Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker)
Current White Card
Current Driver's Licence
Proven experience in structural steel fabrication
Experience installing structural steel onsite




Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability and willingness to work both onsite and in the workshop as required
Must be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check if required (Volunteer Check acceptable)

Desirable Licences & Tickets - highly regarded but not essential:
Forklift Licence
Scissor Lift Ticket
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Ticket
Dogging Ticket
Rigging Ticket
Working at Heights Ticket
