We are seeking applicants to lead an exceptional Dispatch Team who can operate in a Omnichannel business servicing online customers and occasionally in-store. Located in Southport, QLD we are seeking a Supervisor who are fun and vibrant to lead our existing team. You will provide excellent customer service and be passionate in a variety of roles that exist whilst maintaining an energetic work environment.

Previous experience in online order fulfilment is an advantage

Duties and responsibilities:
Make a daily plan to execute the daily tasks and get the most out of the team
Plan ahead considering the upcoming events of the week eg sales, deliveries
Make rosters




Find ways to improve the dispatch department
Continue to carry the company culture
Communicate with our other departments and help them fulfil their needs from dispatch
Meet and exceed daily on-line orders incl. picking and packing functions
Scan in new and replenishments stock
Stock management/Stocktake
Flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster as well as public holidays
Team work

Pay: $26.70 – $27.46 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 36.0 per week
