Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Apple devices, including MacBooks, iPhones and iPads.
Troubleshoot common macOS software, performance, configuration and system issues.
Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs, solutions and device maintenance clearly.
Process sales and handle customer transactions in the retail store.
Assist with stock management, device intake and store organisation.
Stay up-to-date with Apple products, macOS features and repair techniques.
Collaborate with the retail team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
