JOB ALERT: Support Worker Needed– Care, Connection & Community Access!

Are you a compassionate, reliable carer with a heart for helping others live more independently and joyfully?
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Support Worker to assist participants with psychosocial disabilities in Sydney inner west, providing community access, personal care (including showering), and friendly, respectful companionship.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing respectful personal care support, including showering and daily living tasks
Driving the participant to appointments, social outings, and community activities
Building a warm, trusting relationship based on empathy, dignity, and encouragement
Promoting her independence while offering practical and emotional support
Managing physically demanding tasks with confidence and composure, ensuring the participant's needs are met calmly and effectively

You’ll Need:
A excellent attitude and a passion for people
A calm, capable presence – someone who can respond quickly and effectively when challenges arise
Reliability,



empathy and outstanding communication skills
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s licence (bonus points if you’ve got your own car!)
At least 2 years experience as a Support Worker
