A unique and exciting Perth based tea company is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic person to coordinate production operations of the business.

XO Tea only sells the best leaf teas and has them delivered all over Australia. We are looking for someone positive that enjoys being part of a high energy and fun team. XO Tea offers:

This role requires a variety of skills and duties: Training will be provided where necessary
Experience in coordinating a production team of up to 10 personnel daily
Understanding of commercial food safety and handling practices
Operation of food processing machinery or similar
Warehouse maintenance including forklift operations
Some heavy lifting is required
Stock quality management





We are looking for somebody who has robust attention to detail and who can help us to improve our business for customers and staff.

Initially is a full time casual role for 2 months, moving to a permanent full time position for the right candidate.
