Responsibilities

· Die setting and injection moulding machine setups.

· Perform quality checks on moulds before production begins and ensure products comply with quality standards.

· Production Scheduling

· Respond to and minimise occurrences of faults and breakdowns.

· Maintain machines to minimise downtime.

· Quality Control – inspecting & testing of products, diagnose and correct issues.

· Conduct start-up and shut-down of machines in line with procedures.

· Trial runs with new dies and equipment.

· Die changes and minimising changeover time.

· Optimise machine cycle times and reduce waste.

· Keep workspace clean and organised.

· Work closely with the Production Manager and Production Team to meet output targets.

Qualifications

· Trade qualifications in Injection Moulding or Polymer Processing with Die Setting experience.

· Minimum of 5 years' experience post-qualification.

· Robust mechanical and technical knowledge.

· Positive problem-solving skills, excellent eye for detail, and solid communication skills.

· Forklift licence preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
