Dukes Coffee Roasters is a leading Australian coffee company, specialising in high-quality organic coffees. We take pride in importing and roasting the world’s finest organic coffees and providing exceptional customer experiences.

We are currently seeking someone to work between our accounts team and customer service, with an emphasis on customer experience and interaction.

We are looking for someone who:
Has the ability to communicate and work well with others
Who follows through and completes tasks
Has previous experience in accounts and customer service
Is organised and has attention to detail
Hungry to learn and progress within our company

This role is suited to a high-energy, humble, organised and smart individual who loves looking after and supporting others.

To be successful in this role, you must take pride in putting customers and team first. You must love working with people, be self-motivated, and, most importantly, love coffee.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
