Located on a major tourist route, the café welcomes travellers, tour groups, workers and loyal local customers. The business has a seasonal rhythm: it can be very busy during the main tourist period and quieter during the wet season and non-tourist months.

We need someone who understands this balance—someone who can confidently lead staff and manage a busy café during peak periods, while being comfortable working independently and controlling costs when trade is quieter.

This is not just another café job. You will have the prospect to take ownership of an established local venue, introduce your own ideas and help grow the business. In addition to an agreed remuneration package, a profit-sharing arrangement will be available for the right person, giving you a genuine reward for improving the café’s performance.

Quieter periods also provide time to review the menu,
