Hiring: Experienced Welder (5+ Years Experience)

We are seeking skilled and reliable Welders to join our team for a major long-term project (12+ months).

Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a qualified Welder.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
Precision: High standard of welding and fabrication work.
Safety: Strong commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS).

Project Details & Benefits
Stability: Long-term project with a guaranteed duration of at least 1 year.
Work Workplace: Clean, well-organized, and qualified working environment.
Location: Henderson.
Hours: 54–60 hours per week (stable and consistent hours).
Shift: Night shift, starting at 4:30 PM.
Pay: $45–$55 per hour + applicable night shift penalties and overtime.

Main Responsibilities
High-quality structural welding (FCAW / GMAW)



on steel frames and structures.
Ensure all welding complies with structural standards and specifications.
Work accurately from drawings with minimal supervision.
Maintain a solid commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS).
Ability to pass a structural weld test.

Requirements
Relevant Trade Qualification (e.g., Cert III in Fabrication/Engineering or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in structural steel and frame fabrication.
Ability to work accurately from drawings with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Casual, Contract

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour
