Aroma Café Kewdale is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team and help serve our own award-winning coffee to our regular and loyal customers.

We’re a busy café where quality matters. We take pride in making great coffee consistently, while providing friendly service and a welcoming experience for our customers.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous barista experience in a fast-paced café
Is genuinely passionate about quality coffee
Can maintain quality and consistency during busy periods
Has valuable latte art skills
Is reliable and punctual
Communicates well and works positively as part of a team
Has a friendly, approachable personality




Has a positive, can-do attitude

You’ll need to be comfortable working in a busy café and enjoy the pace and energy that comes with a high-volume morning trade.
