Automotive Window Tint Specialist – Central Brisbane

Must have minimum 6 months automotive tinting experience

Full-time | $80,000–$90,000 per year | Start immediately

Cltch works on some of the best cars in Brisbane — think rare, high-value, high-expectation vehicles where the finish has to be flawless. We're after someone who can own our tinting work and treat every job like it matters, because it does.

Day to day, you'll be:
Fitting tint to everything from daily-driver sedans to high-end luxury builds
Keeping your bay tidy and your tools in order
Getting it right the first time, every time
Working alongside a crew who'll back you the same way you back them
Using our templates and plotter if that speeds things up for you

On slower tinting days, you'll move into detailing. This means learning:
Secure-wash, decontamination, clay, machine polishing, paint correction, and ceramic/sealant protection
Deep interior reconditioning: shampoo extraction, leather clean/condition, odour neutralisation, trim restoration
Engine bay, glass, and wheel/tyre dressing, plus the finishing touches that make a car pop




Following our SOPs for chemicals, pads, machines, and panel protection — no guesswork, no shortcuts

You'll need:
At least 6 months on the tools doing automotive tinting
A track record of working independently once you know the job
A cool head and explicit communication, even when it's busy
An openness to learning detailing when tinting slows down
Full Australian work rights
A current driver's licence
