Kitchen Hand / Food Preparation Assistant

We are a corporate catering company looking for a reliable Kitchen Hand to join our busy catering kitchen in Woolloomooloo.

Hours
Start between 6:00am and 6:30am
Approximately 4–6 hours per shift
3–4 shifts per week
Weekday work

Key responsibilities
Assisting the Head Chef with daily food preparation
Cooking noodles and other basic ingredients
Cutting and preparing fruit
Preparing vegetables and meat
General kitchen duties
Keeping work areas clean and organised throughout the shift
Completing end-of-shift cleaning

About you
Reliable and punctual, particularly for early-morning starts
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced kitchen
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Takes pride in cleanliness and food safety
Previous kitchen or food-preparation experience is preferred
