About the role

Maintain and service our large, diverse fleet of 200+ heavy vehicles and plant equipment from our Bayswater base. You’ll join a small, supportive workshop team in a brand new facility, working Monday to Friday, 6am–4pm, with overtime and occasional weekend work available.

Duties
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on trucks and plant
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns
Troubleshoot diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
Operate diagnostic tools to assess and repair equipment efficiently
Maintain accurate service and repair records in line with safety standards

Skills & experience
Heavy Diesel Mechanic trade qualification (Certificate III or equivalent)
Experience servicing heavy vehicles, mobile plant, or civil construction equipment




Valid Victorian HR licence (highly regarded)
Strong OH&S; understanding and ability to work autonomously
Civil construction machinery experience highly regarded
