About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at The Quarie Bar & Brasserie, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities
Taking food and beverage orders
Preparing and serving drinks including beer, wine, cocktails, and coffees
Running food and drinks to tables
Clearing and resetting tables
Maintaining cleanliness of the venue
Communicating confidently with customers and team members
Set-up and pack-down of service areas
Upholding health, safety and hygiene standards
Representing the venue with a qualified and well-groomed appearance

About you
Current RSA certificate (Essential)
Previous hospitality experience (Preferred)
Availability to work nights and weekends
Positive attitude and team player
Reliable and proactive
Passion for customer service
