About Us

CUPRA Nunawading is part of a leading automotive dealership group in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. We're growing our pre-owned department and looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding customer experience from test drive to handover.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to manage the full sales process for our quality pre-owned vehicle inventory - from initial customer enquiry through to delivery and beyond. You'll be the face of our pre-owned department, building relationships that turn one-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers.

What You'll Do
Proactively engage walk-in, phone, and online leads to generate pre-owned vehicle sales
Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives and trade-in valuations
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on prospects consistently
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets




Keep up to date with stock, pricing and market trends
Represent the dealership professionally at all times

What You'll Need
Proven experience in automotive sales
A current Victorian driver's licence
Willingess to work a rotating roster including Saturdays
A solid work ethic and genuine willingness to succeed
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A customer-first attitude and qualified presentation
Motivation to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
