Chandler Macleod is currently seeking reliable and motivated Pick Packers to join a leading logistics provider in Western Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidates.

Available Shifts
Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 10:00pm

About the Role
Working within a fast-paced warehouse setting, your duties will include:
RF scanning and order picking
Operating ride-on electric pallet jacks
Picking and packing customer orders
Manual handling and repetitive lifting (up to 25kg)
Maintaining a clean and safe work setting
Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets

What We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate:
Previous warehouse, pick packing, or order picking experience
RF scanning experience
Experience operating an electric pallet jack (highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent attendance and reliability
A positive attitude and robust work ethic




Availability to work ongoing Monday to Friday
